I took this particular image at Valencia’s City Of Art And Sciences, while the light was mild and delicate. This was one of the evenings which we spent in Valencia and choosing to spend time at City of Art and Science resulted in many photos of museums which joined my portfolio from Spain.
There’s a nice café at the end of the illuminated Museum of Science. Funny thing is that while Daria waited for me there, reading some book, I was running up and down, shooting one photo after another, even after my favorite blue hour.
About Valencia’s City of Art and Sciences
Surprisingly, this remarkable complex has been built in the former bed of the River Turia. It’s not only the Museum of Science you see on the photo, there are also other buildings, related to science and technology, such as the Planetarium; or to nature – like the Oceanographic park, and also to art – as the Opera house.
It looks like that one day I’ll have to go back to Valencia’s City of Art and Science. I was so busy shooting from the outside of Prince Felipe Museum of Science that no time left for shooting inside. I may find some nice compositions there.
