First, let me say how lucky Daria and I were with our Airbnb reservation in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. Of course, we tried to book something with a nice view but what we’ve got definitely blew our minds! After 25 hours of travel from Berlin to Malaysia we couldn’t imagine a better way how to rest.
The infinity pool and the view over Kuala Lumpur
Believe it or not but the view on this image is just the same as the one we had from our apartment. Additionally, there was a special lift to take us straight to the infinity pool, which was situated on the 34th floor of the building.
In the Setia Sky Towers, where we rented our flat were two kinds of swimming pools. First, on the rooftop of garages, good for middle-day swim. Second infinity pool on the last floor of the building. There we often spent our evenings just looking on the sun setting in Kuala Lumpur and later on the colorful lights of the city and Petronas Towers. Observing how television Tower is changing its color we were thinking that we are very lucky to be here.
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – not so known yet, though worth a visit.
The rhythm of life of this city in Southeast Asia is so dazzling that I’m not surprised that Kuala Lumpur is among the fastest growing metropolitan regions. I understand why it’s the sixth most visited city in the world with almost 9M tourists yearly.
I wish it would be a much shorter trip for us. Then we could visit this flat and infinity pool much more often.
