Prague in Pink | Czech Republic

Prague (Praha) is often referred to as „golden city“. When the sun is in the right position, you understand why – but when the sun goes down, it can happen that Prague appears in a totally different colour.

When we took the stairs up to Letná Park (Letenské sady), famous for the huge Stalin Memorial that was replaced by a likewise huge metronome, it looked like it is going to be an incredible sunset. I’ve never seen the sky in Prague that pink before. And even if it was pink, then it had happened in the morning but never in the evening.
