New Year’s Eve | Prague, Czech Republic

Prague is a popular destination for New Year’s Eve celebrations, with thousands of people flocking to the city to ring in the new year with fireworks, music, and festivities.

2013 has been an awesome year but it’s going to end now. What kind of photo should I choose now for the end of the year? Yeah, obviously some fireworks!

While the photo that I ultimately chose for the end of the year wasn’t taken on New Year’s Eve, it still captures the magic and beauty of the fireworks that I witnessed in Prague. I was simply preparing to take photos from the Charles Bridge when the fireworks started, and I quickly turned around my camera to capture the stunning display.

As we prepare to say goodbye to another year and welcome in the new, I want to wish you all a Happy New Year and encourage you to not abandon your resolutions too quickly. I also want to thank you for your support throughout the past year and hope that we can continue to stay in touch in 2014 and beyond.
