Under m\u00e5nga \u00e5r markerade det gr\u00e4nsen mellan det kyrkliga, biskopsledda Bamberg och det civila stadsk\u00e4rnan.<\/p>\n<p>Trots oddsen har det gamla r\u00e5dhuset \u00f6verlevt i \u00e5rhundraden utan att f\u00f6rst\u00f6ras av krig eller andra katastrofer.
