N\u00e4r vi bes\u00f6kte M\u00fcnchen \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/sumfinity.com\/sv\/travelbayern\/\">Bayern<\/a>s huvudstad \u2013 var det en av de f\u00f6rsta sev\u00e4rdheterna som han ville f\u00f6reviga p\u00e5 foto. Har du n\u00e5gon aning om varf\u00f6r?<\/p>\n<p>Palatset byggdes mellan 1890 och 1897 i nybarock stil. Det blev v\u00e4rldsk\u00e4nt genom historien om \u201dVita rosen\u201d. \u201dVita rosen\u201d var en studentgrupp som genom en serie pamfletter gjorde motst\u00e5nd mot nazistregimen. \u00c5r 1943 d\u00f6mdes tv\u00e5 av studenterna, Hans och Sophie Scholl, till d\u00f6den f\u00f6r sina oppositionella \u00e5sikter. Rum 243, d\u00e4r detta h\u00e4nde, blev senare i tysk historia ett minnesm\u00e4rke f\u00f6r denna h\u00e4ndelse.<\/p>\n<p>Men detta \u00e4r inte den historia jag ville ber\u00e4tta, och som har med Nico att g\u00f6ra. Justizpalast \u00e4r idag hemvist f\u00f6r <em>det bayerska justitiedepartementet<\/em> och distrikts<em>domstolen I<\/em> i M\u00fcnchen. Det \u00e4r en av de domstolar d\u00e4r <a href=\"https:\/\/photoclaim.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nico k\u00e4mpar f\u00f6r sina r\u00e4ttigheter<\/a> mot f\u00f6retag som stj\u00e4l hans foton. Hittills har vissa domare visat stor h\u00e4nsyn till fotografers r\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 betalt f\u00f6r sitt arbete. S\u00e5!
