Str\u0103zile sale \u00eenguste \u0219i sinuoase erau pline de cl\u0103diri vechi \u0219i ruine care tr\u0103deaz\u0103 bogata istorie a ora\u0219ului. Dar, \u00een acela\u0219i timp, era \u0219i un loc \u00een care se puteau observa urmele s\u0103r\u0103ciei. Multe dintre cl\u0103diri erau \u00een stare de degradare \u0219i aveau nevoie de repara\u021bii.<\/p><p>\u00cen ciuda provoc\u0103rilor, Bucure\u0219tiul p\u0103rea un ora\u0219 aflat \u00een pragul unei schimb\u0103ri. Se sim\u021bea \u00een aer o energie \u0219i o entuziasm palpabile, de parc\u0103 ceva important era pe cale s\u0103 se \u00eent\u00e2mple. Eram curios s\u0103 v\u0103d cum se va dezvolta ora\u0219ul \u00een anii urm\u0103tori \u0219i dac\u0103 contrastele care \u00eel caracterizau \u00een acea zi vor mai fi vizibile \u0219i \u00een viitor.<\/p><p>Indiferent ce \u00eei rezerv\u0103 viitorul Bucure\u0219tiului, m\u0103 simt norocos c\u0103 am avut ocazia s\u0103-l descop\u0103r \u00een acest moment.
