Praga (Praha) é frequentemente referida como “cidade dourada”. Quando o sol está na posição certa, compreende-se porquê – mas quando o sol se põe, pode acontecer que Praga apareça com uma cor totalmente diferente.

Quando subimos as escadas para o Parque Letná (Letenské sady), famoso pelo enorme Stalin-Memorial que foi substituído por um igualmente enorme metrónomo, parecia que ia ser um maravilhoso pôr-do-sol. Nunca tinha visto o céu em Praga tão cor-de-rosa. E mesmo que fosse cor-de-rosa, então tinha acontecido de manhã mas nunca à noite.
