The Government District in Berlin, Germany pleases my eyes, every time we visit. I love the strict lines and the very modern and contemporary architectural style. This photograph was taken on a rainy evening in the capital of Germany. However, the rain didn’t ruin the picture, instead it added depth to it. Due to the raindrops on the pavement, that the buildings don’t only reflect off river Spree, but also of the tarmac, which in this light it looks like it was made from one big sheet of glass and after all this looks suits the architecture mainly consisting of concrete and glass perfectly.
