Prague (Praha) is often referred to as „golden city“. When the sun is in the right position, you understand why – but when the sun goes down it can happen that Prague appears in a total different color.
When we took the stairs up to the Letná Park (Letenské sady), famous for the huge Stalin-Memorial that was replaced by a likewise huge metronome, it looked like it is going to be a wonderful sunset. I’ve never seen the sky in Prague that pink before. And even if it was pink, then it had happened in the morning but never in the evening.
