Dankzij de \u2018Olympische actie\u2019 van de Duitse spoorwegen heb ik in februari heel wat Duitse steden kunnen bezoeken. Telkens als de Duitse Olympische atleten een gouden medaille wonnen, kreeg ik de volgende dag een gratis treinreis in de eerste klas door Duitsland<\/a>. Nu is het weer in februari natuurlijk niet altijd even goed, dus ik keek de avond ervoor altijd even naar de weersvoorspelling. Toen Duitsland de eerste medaille won, zag de weerkaart er niet zo goed uit. Maar boven Dresden<\/a> zouden de wolken af en toe opklaren, dus de knoop was doorgehakt.<\/p>\n

Ik kwam vrij vroeg in Dresden<\/a> aan, rond lunchtijd, maar het weer stelde teleur. Alles was grijs in grijs en de stad was daardoor niet al te fotogeniek. Maar goed, gewoon even naar de Frauenkirche<\/a>, de tijd laten verstrijken en wachten op het blauwe uur. Toen het eindelijk tijd was voor het blauwe uur, moest ik rennen om alle bezienswaardigheden vast te leggen. Ik kreeg best wat rare blikken toen ik met mijn statief door de stad rende, maar wat maakt het uit.<\/p>\n

De foto\u2019s en de onderwerpen waren het meer dan waard. Op de terugweg van de Frauenkirche naar de opera had ik al alles wat ik wilde vastgelegd op mijn geheugenkaart en kon ik het rustiger aan doen \u2013 totdat ik me omdraaide. Toen zag ik de koepel van de Frauenkirche<\/a> schitteren boven de gouden steegjes van Dresden. Dus nog even \u00e9\u00e9n laatste foto voordat ik terug rende naar het treinstation\u2026<\/p>\n
