Prague in Pink | Czech Republic

Prague seen from Letna Park. The Bridges on Vltava in pink Sunset light. HDR Photo from Czech Republic
Prague (Praha) is often referred to as „golden city“. When the sun is in the right position, you understand why – but when the sun goes down it can happen that Prague appears in a total different color.

When we took the stairs up to the Letná Park (Letenské sady), famous for the huge Stalin-Memorial that was replaced by a likewise huge metronome, it looked like it is going to be a wonderful sunset. I’ve never seen the sky in Prague that pink before. And even if it was pink, then it had happened in the morning but never in the evening.
