On a \u00e9t\u00e9 attir\u00e9s vers ce coin par les nombreux restaurants aux suggestions originales et par l'allure des b\u00e2timents, tout droit sortis d'un conte de f\u00e9es arabe.<\/p>\n

Downtown Dubai a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit par le m\u00eame promoteur que le Burj Khalifa : EMAAR. M\u00eame si c'est difficile \u00e0 croire, les travaux de construction dans cette partie de Duba\u00ef ne se sont achev\u00e9s qu'en 2017. Ce qui est peut-\u00eatre le plus captivant sur le plan photographique dans cet endroit, c'est la combinaison d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments du style architectural arabe traditionnel avec les formes modernes des gratte-ciel<\/a> qui s'\u00e9l\u00e8vent au-dessus des b\u00e2timents destin\u00e9s \u00e0 accueillir des h\u00f4tels et des immeubles d'habitation.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

L'investissement total dans Downtown Dubai s'est \u00e9lev\u00e9, en effet, \u00e0 20 milliards de dollars. Comme d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9 dans l'article sur la Burj Khalifa, le gratte-ciel lui-m\u00eame n'a pas g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 autant de profits que le reste de Downtown Dubai.<\/p>\n

Cependant, cette partie de la ville n'est pas seulement connue pour ses appartements de luxe et ses restaurants. De nombreux touristes sont attir\u00e9s ici par le Dubai Mall et Fashion Avenue, qui valent le d\u00e9tour non seulement pour la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des marques internationales qu'ils abritent, mais aussi pour leur architecture et leur design originaux.<\/p>\n

Une autre raison incontournable de passer un peu de temps \u00e0 Downtown Dubai est la fontaine qui interagit avec la musique et un spectacle de lumi\u00e8res laser. Un petit conseil : si tu comptes assister \u00e0 ce spectacle d'eau, de musique et de lumi\u00e8res, c'est au coucher du soleil qu'il est le plus impressionnant. Cependant, pour en profiter au mieux, \u00e7a vaut le coup d\u2019arriver une demi-heure avant le spectacle, car la fontaine attire beaucoup de monde \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 et il vaut mieux s\u2019assurer une place avec une bonne vue.<\/p>\n
