Lors de notre visite \u00e0 Munich, la capitale de <a href=\"https:\/\/sumfinity.com\/fr\/travel\/baviere\/\">la Bavi\u00e8re<\/a>, c\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019un des premiers sites qu\u2019il a voulu immortaliser en photo. Tu sais pourquoi ?<\/p>\n<p>Le palais a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit entre 1890 et 1897 dans un style n\u00e9o-baroque. Il est devenu c\u00e9l\u00e8bre dans le monde entier gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019histoire de la \u00ab Rose Blanche \u00bb. La \u00ab Rose Blanche \u00bb \u00e9tait un groupe d\u2019\u00e9tudiants qui, \u00e0 travers une s\u00e9rie de tracts, r\u00e9sistait au r\u00e9gime nazi. En 1943, deux de ces \u00e9tudiants, Hans et Sophie Scholl, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9s \u00e0 mort pour leurs opinions dissidentes. La salle 243, o\u00f9 cela s\u2019est pass\u00e9, est devenue plus tard, dans l\u2019histoire allemande, un m\u00e9morial d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n<p>Mais ce n\u2019est pas l\u2019histoire que je voulais raconter, et qui concerne Nico. Le Justizpalast abrite aujourd\u2019hui <em>le<\/em> <em>minist\u00e8re<\/em> <em>bavarois de la Justice<\/em> et le <em>tribunal de grande instance I<\/em> de Munich. C\u2019est l\u2019un des tribunaux o\u00f9 <a href=\"https:\/\/photoclaim.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nico se bat pour ses droits<\/a> contre les entreprises qui volent ses photos. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, certains juges se sont montr\u00e9s tr\u00e8s attentifs aux droits des photographes \u00e0 \u00eatre r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s pour leur travail. Alors voil\u00e0 !
