\u00a1Qu\u00e9 mosaico tan colorido! Eso fue lo que dije cuando vi la fant\u00e1stica vista panor\u00e1mica del monte Licabeto en Atenas<\/a>. Esta foto la saqu\u00e9 desde la famosa Acr\u00f3polis<\/a> y se ve la colina, rodeada de edificios de colores vivos, t\u00edpicos de la capital de Grecia.<\/p>\n

La historia detr\u00e1s del monte Licabeto en Atenas<\/strong><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan la mitolog\u00eda griega, la diosa Atenea cre\u00f3 el monte Licabeto: se le cay\u00f3 un trozo de piedra caliza por accidente y as\u00ed es como surgi\u00f3 la colina. Otra historia antigua cuenta que el monte Licabeto fue en su d\u00eda el hogar de los lobos: \u00ablycos\u00bb significa \u00ablobo\u00bb en griego.<\/p>\n

El monte Licabeto hoy en d\u00eda<\/strong><\/p>\n

Este monte, un destino tur\u00edstico muy popular, se eleva 277 metros sobre el nivel del mar en el centro de Atenas. Es un agradable paseo hasta la cima y, cuando llegues, te ver\u00e1s recompensado con unas impresionantes vistas panor\u00e1micas de Atenas<\/a>. All\u00ed tambi\u00e9n encontrar\u00e1s la peque\u00f1a iglesia de \u00abSan Jorge\u00bb, un impresionante anfiteatro, as\u00ed como una elegante cafeter\u00eda-restaurante llamada \u00abLa terraza de Atenas\u00bb. Si no te apetece caminar, un telef\u00e9rico te llevar\u00e1 arriba f\u00e1cilmente.<\/p>\n

Personalmente, lo que m\u00e1s me sorprendi\u00f3 fue el hecho de que haya una colina en el centro de una capital. El monte Licabeto es una formaci\u00f3n realmente \u00fanica y, si a\u00fan no has visitado la encantadora capital de Grecia<\/a> y lugares como el Zappeion<\/a>, te recomiendo que lo hagas pronto.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
