Sin embargo, si buscas la palabra \u00abArr\u00e1bida\u00bb en el famoso t\u00edo Google, seguro que te salen un mont\u00f3n de anuncios de excursiones que ofrecen catas de vino. Y hay una raz\u00f3n para ello&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Visitamos el Parque Nacional de Arr\u00e1bida y Set\u00fabal con un grupo de amigos. En aquella ma\u00f1ana de principios de invierno (s\u00ed, deb\u00eda de ser diciembre, aunque no se note en la foto) nos pusimos en marcha por una ruta de monta\u00f1a. Tras unas horas de caminata y unas vistas impresionantes, Nico y yo decidimos que el lugar ideal para comer ser\u00eda el pueblo de Azeit\u00e3o. <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Azeit%C3%A3o_(S%C3%A3o_Louren%C3%A7o_e_S%C3%A3o_Sim%C3%A3o)\">Azeit\u00e3o<\/a> es famoso en Portugal sobre todo por elaborar el queso y los pasteles que llevan su nombre. Sin embargo, cuando \u00edbamos de camino del Parque de Arr\u00e1bida a Azeit\u00e3o, Nico pis\u00f3 de repente el freno, se sali\u00f3 de la carretera y sali\u00f3 corriendo del coche con su c\u00e1mara. El motivo fue esta vista.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Los vinos de la zona de Set\u00fabal, Arr\u00e1bida y el r\u00edo Sado, en general, est\u00e1n entre nuestros favoritos. Y no me refiero solo al famoso moscatel t\u00edpico de la zona. Los vinos tintos, en particular, tienen una incre\u00edble complejidad de sabores y, sin embargo, suelen ser&#8230; \u00abligeros\u00bb y maridan bien con cualquier plato.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Y aunque en este panorama de la sierra de Arr\u00e1bida las vi\u00f1as est\u00e1n desnudas, esta imagen nos viene a la mente cuando abrimos una botella de vino de la regi\u00f3n de Set\u00fabal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Parque Nacional de Arr\u00e1bida es famoso por sus pintorescas rutas de monta\u00f1a con vistas al mar y a calas de ensue\u00f1o.
