Το Παλάτι του Κοινοβουλίου, το μεγαλύτερο κτίριο της Ευρώπης, θα περάσετε αναπόφευκτα όταν βρίσκεστε στο Βουκουρέστι. Το τεράστιο κτίριο βρίσκεται στο τέλος της μακράς και ευρείας λεωφόρου Unirii και είναι δύσκολο να δείξει το μέγεθός του σε μια φωτογραφία. Το Palace είναι τόσο μεγάλο που είχα προβλήματα να το καταγράψω σε μία φωτογραφία ακόμα και με τον ευρυγώνιο φακό μου.
Δυστυχώς, οι καιρικές συνθήκες κατά τη διαμονή μας στο Βουκουρέστι δεν ήταν οι καλύτερες για φωτογραφία. Όταν ήμασταν εκεί κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας είχαμε καθαρό γαλάζιο ουρανό και έβρεχε όταν ελπίζαμε για ένα ηλιοβασίλεμα. Και σε μια άλλη μέρα, όταν πραγματικά υπήρχε μια ωραία ανατολή, χάσαμε τον δρόμο μας και καταλήξαμε σε λάθος λεωφόρο. Αλλά τουλάχιστον έχουμε έναν καλό λόγο να επιστρέψουμε στο Βουκουρέστι μια μέρα.
