Als die Sonne \u00fcber der wundersch\u00f6nen Stadt Ciutadella auf Menorca unterging, befand ich mich auf einer einzigartigen Reise.\u00a0<\/p>

Zusammen mit den renommierten Fotografen Albert Dros und Elia Locardi f\u00fchrte ich eine Gruppe durch die verwinkelten Gassen dieses mittelalterlichen Juwels am Mittelmeer. Unser Ziel? Das ber\u00fchmte Castell de Sant Nicolau thront majest\u00e4tisch an der M\u00fcndung der Bucht und bietet spektakul\u00e4re Ausblicke sowie fantastische Fotomotive.<\/p>

Ciutadella entdecken: Ein Mosaik aus Geschichte und Kultur<\/h3>

Unsere Gruppe machte sich am Nachmittag voller Vorfreude auf, um Ciutadella auf eigene Faust zu erkunden. Ich schlenderte mit meiner Kamera in die Innenstadt und war fasziniert von den alten Geb\u00e4uden und der bunten Kultur<\/a>. Hinter jeder Ecke verbarg sich eine neue Geschichte, von den mittelalterlichen Gassen von Es Born bis zur belebten K\u00fcste mit ihren traditionellen Fischerbooten.<\/p>

Im Laufe der Stunden kreuzten sich unsere Wege erneut, diesmal am Fu\u00dfe des Castell de Sant Nicolau. Die Festung bewachte die Stadt und lud uns ein, ihre alten Stufen hinaufzusteigen, um die Aussicht zu genie\u00dfen. Doch als ich n\u00e4her kam und erwartete, meine Fotografenkollegen dabei zu sehen, wie sie ihre Ausr\u00fcstung f\u00fcr die perfekte Aufnahme aufstellten, bot sich mir ein unerwarteter Anblick.<\/p>

Castell de Sant Nicolau: Eine Geschichte zweier Ansichten<\/h3>

Statt einer gesch\u00e4ftigen Menge von Stadtansichts-Fans fand ich nur meine Frau vor, die geduldig am Burgtor wartete. Unbeeindruckt richtete ich die Kamera auf das Motiv vor mir und hielt den goldenen Schimmer des Abendlichts auf den alten Steinen fest. Als ich mich jedoch umsah, musste ich unwillk\u00fcrlich schmunzeln, weil unsere Gruppe sich einen ganz anderen Blickwinkel ausgesucht hatte.<\/p>

Weit unten, unter den felsigen Klippen, die die Bucht umgaben, hatten meine Fotografenkollegen ihr eigenes St\u00fcckchen Paradies gefunden. Die auf den Horizont gerichteten Kameras hielten Menorcas K\u00fcste fest, wobei jedes Bild die unterschiedlichen Landschaften der Insel zur Geltung brachte.<\/p>

Ich glaube, ich mache aus Landschaftsfotografen keine Stadtfotografen \ud83d\ude42\u00a0<\/p>

In diesem Moment, als ich zwischen der zeitlosen Architektur der Ciutadella und ihrer wundersch\u00f6nen Umgebung stand, konnte ich nicht anders, als dankbar zu sein. Ich war voller Dankbarkeit f\u00fcr die Gelegenheit, diesen au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Winkel der Welt zu erkunden \u2013 bereits zum vierten Mal im Rahmen des PhotoPills-Camps<\/a>.<\/p>

Als die Sonne hinter dem Horizont verschwand, warf ich einen letzten Blick auf das Castell de Sant Nicolau. Genau wie Fav\u00e0ritx<\/a> und Pont d\u2019en Gil<\/a> zeugte es von der zeitlosen Sch\u00f6nheit Menorcas.<\/p>
