Justizpalast i M\u00fcnchen<\/a> (Tyskland) \u2013 eller p\u00e5 dansk \u00bbRetspaladset\u00ab \u2013 har en s\u00e6rlig betydning for Nico. Da vi bes\u00f8gte M\u00fcnchen \u2013 hovedstaden i Bayern<\/a> \u2013 var det en af de f\u00f8rste sev\u00e6rdigheder, han \u00f8nskede at forevige p\u00e5 et fotografi. Paladset blev opf\u00f8rt i \u00e5rene 1890-1897 i nybarok stil. Det blev verdenskendt for historien om "Den Hvide Rose". "Den Hvide Rose" var en studentergruppe, der gennem en r\u00e6kke pamfletter gjorde modstand mod naziregimet. I 1943 blev to af studenterne, Hans og Sophie Scholl, d\u00f8mt til d\u00f8den for deres modstand. V\u00e6relse 243, hvor det skete, blev senere i tysk historie et mindesm\u00e6rke for denne begivenhed.<\/p>\n

Men det er ikke den historie, jeg ville fort\u00e6lle, og som involverer Nico. Justizpalast er i dag hjemsted for det bayerske justitsministerium<\/em> og distriktsretten I<\/em> i M\u00fcnchen. Det er en af de domstole, hvor Nico k\u00e6mper for sine rettigheder<\/a> mod virksomheder, der stj\u00e6ler hans fotos. Indtil videre har nogle af dommerne v\u00e6ret meget im\u00f8dekommende over for fotografers ret til at blive betalt for deres arbejde. S\u00e5!
