Vestrahorn, Vesturhorn og Stokksnes \u2013 det er de tre navne p\u00e5 det samme bjerg p\u00e5 Island<\/a>. Det er ikke s\u00e5 let at komme til \u2013 der er cirka seks timers k\u00f8rsel fra Reykjav\u00edk. Mere pr\u00e6cist ligger Vestrahorn p\u00e5 Stokknes-halv\u00f8en, ikke langt (10 minutter i bil) fra byen H\u00f6fn.<\/p>\n

Vestrahorn om vinteren<\/h2>\n

Dette foto af Vestrahorn p\u00e5 Island er taget om vinteren (i februar for at v\u00e6re pr\u00e6cis). Hvis du s\u00e5 dette bjerg om sommeren, ville du blive m\u00f8dt af synet af m\u00f8rkebrune vulkanske klipper. De best\u00e5r hovedsageligt af gabbro med indblandet jern og magnesium. Men n\u00e5r Vestrahorns skr\u00e5ninger er d\u00e6kket af sne, og vinterlyset f\u00e5r et bl\u00e5t sk\u00e6r, begynder landskabet at se lidt mere… mystisk ud.<\/p>\n

Om vinteren om dagen er det et fantastisk tidspunkt at tage billeder der. Om dagen kan du ogs\u00e5 bes\u00f8ge den sorte sandstrand, der ligger syd for Vatnaj\u00f6kull-parken<\/a>, hvor s\u00e6lerne gerne slapper af.<\/p>\n
